So I'm actually thinking of going to school for baking and pastries. I think it might be a good idea. Why not? It's something I have a passion for and so far am WAY more interested in that than anything else. After all, I've been baking since before I could read my Disney cookbook and just liked the feeling of squeezing all that cookie dough through my fingers. (Btw, I still enjoy that hah)
Well so I'm learning more about different schools in the area and also trying to have the guts to seriously consider how to make it work in real life. Quit my day job? And once I get out of school... what do I do? It's a good question, but not sure I can answer it until I find out for myself.
